Governors' terms of office and declarations of business interests

The details of the current governors' terms of office are available here, together with declarations made by Ryhall CE Academy Governors of any business interests or the receipt of gifts or hospitality that might have a bearing on school business. Governors complete an annual business interest form at the first meeting of the academic year. Governors are reminded of the need to declare any potential conflicts of interest at every governor committee meeting and at the meetings of the Academy Governance Committee. If any conflict of interest is declared this is recorded in the minutes.
